Brand new building|13 floors|171 units|Completed in 2024

Jerry Wang’s pertinent assessment
Building – The building has a water view of the building, the biggest selling point, the design and planning of the building is good, if there is no water view, it is relatively not so worth buying.
Transportation – Location is a bit off, unless the G subway line commute or ferry ferry is acceptable, but if you want to get in and out of Manhattan or other areas, you need to evaluate whether it is acceptable. The surrounding area is a popular living circle in Greenpoint, so the convenience of surrounding life is good.
Value – The price of new projects has been pushed to new highs in the last 15 years, Greenpoint’s past pre-water projects, such as India St, have not been that strong. Personally, I guess it’s because of the ease of transportation.
Miscellaneous – I personally have reservations about Greenpoint, mainly because to the east of McGuiness, there are cement factories and water purification plants, burial mounds and other industries, and the past records show that there is industry
Problems such as soil and water pollution exist. Huron’s location is located in front of the water, so it should not be so affected according to the air pollution map, but if the wind changes, it should still have some ripple.
Perfect for – People who like brand new buildings, large communities, luxury amenities, and water view rooms and don’t particularly mind commute time.
